Government Workers

Many Americans are frustrated when they contact our Federal Government offices. I've been working with many of our Federal Government Departments.

I'd like to thank the people in our Federal Government that have gone the extra mile!

For example: When you reach out to a specific dept.; you have many prompts to follow.

It takes a lot of patience and due diligence!

When you finally reach to whom you need to speak with regarding your issues; you will be surprised how helpful our representatives are and how busy they are working with limited staff!

It's NOT their fault it is because they are overwhelmed!

I had two Great experiences last week on two separate days. Even though they are overwhelmed with calls; these two individuals took a deep breath and we moved forward!

Instead of complaining you get more with honey than vinegar and understand their difficult responsibilities.

I want to give my deepest gratitude for these 2 Federal Government employees!

They made me feel like I really matter! God Bless You! to the Two employees and caring about assisting ME! THANK YOU!
